Your Body Has a Blueprint. Let's Unlock It.

For anyone who can see the gap between the human they are and the human they long to be, and who is determined to close that gap with precision, not guesswork.

You already know what's possible.
Most programs just can't take you there.

You know you're not where you could be. You feel it.

Maybe you've gone deep into the research and come out with more questions than answers. Maybe the information landscape feels overwhelming and you're not sure where to start. Maybe you've made real progress and still sense that something fundamental hasn't clicked. The specifics differ. The common thread doesn't: the thing that separates minor progress from actually hitting your goal still isn't clear.

This practice exists to make it clear.

What Most Programs Miss

Most programs are calibrated for the statistical average. You are not a statistic. You are a complex and dynamically changing ecosystem.

Generic protocols ignore the constitutional pattern that determines how your system responds to every input

Treating symptoms without mapping the underlying pattern produces results that don't hold

No single domain works in isolation. The layer that makes all of them coherent is the one most programs skip entirely

The Missing Variable

Two people. One protocol.
Two completely different outcomes.

Same peptide stack. Same training program. Same nutrition approach. Six months later, one person is transformed. The other is questioning whether any of this actually works.

The internet calls this individual variation and moves on. That explanation is functionally useless because it tells you nothing about which category you are in or what to do about it.

The more complete explanation: every intervention acts on a terrain. The terrain determines the outcome, not the tool. Chinese medicine spent two thousand years mapping that terrain with clinical precision. Western science spent two hundred years building the most powerful therapeutic tools ever developed. Almost nobody is using both at once. That gap is where results get left behind.

The Practice

Eight dimensions of practice.
One root that orients them all.

At the center of this practice is not a protocol. It is a pattern.

Your constitutional map, identified through the Five Element framework from ancient Chinese medicine, is the root practice everything else grows from. It tells us how your system is organized across body, mind, and spirit. It changes as your life does, which is why it is studied and revisited continuously rather than assessed once and filed away. The deeper your understanding of it grows, the more precisely you can apply it to every other layer of the work.

From that root, eight dimensions of practice are built, sequenced, and refined.

The Root Practice

Constitutional Pattern Mapping

Your Five Element pattern is assessed at the outset and revisited as your body and life evolve. It is not a label. It is a living framework that changes how we read your data, select your protocols, and interpret your results. Everything else is built on this.

01

Nutrition & Supplementation

Food as information. Protocols matched to your constitutional type, metabolic markers, and organ system priorities. Supplements selected for what your specific pattern is actually deficient in.

02

Movement, Strength & Physical Development

Structural integrity and performance capacity built to compound over decades. Training matched to your constitution, not borrowed from someone else's results.

03

Rest, Recovery & Revitalization

Sleep architecture, active recovery, parasympathetic restoration, and the protocols that allow your system to rebuild between demands. The domain most people underinvest in and most acutely need.

04

Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation

The skill practices that build your capacity to regulate stress states, access deep recovery, and sustain high performance without burning out. Developed over time, not applied as a one-time fix.

05

Hormonal & Endocrine Health

The master regulatory system underlying body composition, energy, cognition, mood, and resilience. Assessed, supported, and optimized as a primary domain, not an afterthought.

06

Diagnostics, Biomarkers & Measurement

What to measure, how often, and what your numbers actually mean when read through both conventional and constitutional lenses.

07

Peptide & Bioregulator Protocols

Targeted compounds selected for your organ system priorities and constitutional vulnerabilities. Nothing generic. Nothing stacked without a clear rationale.

08

Mindset, Psychology & Inner Development

The inner work that either accelerates or undermines everything else. Included for clients who are ready to go there.

All eight dimensions are included in every engagement. Differentiation between tiers is touchpoints and access, not scope. You never receive a partial system.

Where to Begin

The map before the tools.

Every engagement begins in the same place: understanding your pattern before we touch a single tool. This is what most programs skip. It is the only reason this one works differently.

01

Tell us where you are

A short intake that captures your primary goal, urgency, and what you have already tried. We use it to direct you to the right starting content and to understand your situation before we talk.

02

Find your constitutional pattern

The Five Element Blueprint identifies your primary organ system pattern. That pattern determines which interventions belong in your protocol and which ones backfire.

03

Build the system

A discovery call to go deeper, then a full protocol built for your specific pattern. All eight dimensions selected, sequenced, and oriented by your constitutional map.

Why This Practice Exists

A Destroyed Knee. Eight weeks to go, no time for surgery, and a lifelong sports dream on the line.

Two months before the 2008 Olympic Trials, a freak accident destroyed my left knee (three torn ligaments, a shredded meniscus, and a sprained knee capsule). As a breaststroker for Team USA, that knee was the engine. Surgery would have ended my career. So I refused it.

I drew on the research I had been quietly building for years (consciousness, biophysics, the emerging science of energy and frequency) and applied it to myself with everything I had. Eight weeks later I was competing. Though I was still seriously injured, I had regained my full range of motion and was able to swim through the pain. After two excellent races that kept me in the competition through to the finals, I narrowly missed the Olympic team. Despite the monumental letdown and the loss of a dream I had trained for since childhood, I walked away with something more durable than a medal: undeniable proof that the body can do far more than the standard paradigm believes, when you give it the right inputs in the right order for the specific system receiving them.

That experience launched twenty years of deeper study across functional medicine, Daoist practice, biophysics, and eventually peptides. I tested everything on myself before guiding anyone else. I built this practice because I could not find the practitioner I was looking for.

Kellie Delka — 12-week body recomposition progression
12-week progression. Three checkpoints across the recomposition.

I came in having competed at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. I was a serious athlete who thought she understood her body. What I didn't understand was that the inflammation I was carrying wasn't just weight. It was noise. It was slowing my push times, dulling my recovery, and making everything harder than it needed to be.

The first six weeks I lost 30 pounds. Then I panicked. My sport is skeleton. You push a sled at full sprint before you lie on it and go 90 miles per hour headfirst down a mountain. Strength is not optional. I was terrified of losing the muscle I had spent years building. We ran DEXA scans before and after. I had lost approximately two pounds of lean mass out of thirty-eight total. The rest was inflammation, fat, and water I had been carrying for years without knowing it.

Though I expected to lose weight, I didn't think I could lose THAT much weight! And I certainly didn't expect the education that came with it. Let me just say, that it felt so relieving and empowering to finally understand why years of supposedly cutting-edge protocols had produced mixed results for me, and why I responded differently to training stimuli than athletes I competed alongside. The Five Element framework gave me that. Understanding how every layer of health feeds into and shapes every other one changed how I thought about my own body. It wasn't just a weight loss program. It was a map, and one that I could learn to read and use forever.

Giordan brings something unusual to this work. Twenty years of health knowledge built on top of a serious competitive athletic background. He understood what it means to be ready for a race at that level, not just physically but mentally and emotionally.

My push times improved throughout this last season 2025-2026, and I succeeded in qualifying for my second Winter Games in one of the smallest and most competitive qualifying fields of any sport (only 25 women in the world).

Going into Milano-Cortina, I was in the best physical condition of my career. I was also the most mentally settled and emotionally clear I had been before any competition. On race day, both of those things showed and I performed flawlessly on all 4 of my runs. I became the first woman to represent Puerto Rico in two Winter Olympics. The third is already in my sights.

The Through-Line

One pattern. Eight dimensions. A system built for the way your body actually works.

Everything on this page points to the same conclusion: precision beats volume. One protocol built for your specific constitutional pattern will outperform ten generic ones. Not because the tools are better, but because they are aimed correctly.

That is the core premise of this practice. Not a better supplement stack. Not a smarter training program. A different starting point: the map that makes every tool specific to you.

When the root is understood, the rest follows.

Most people optimize inputs. We map the system first.

Tell us where you are. From there, we show you the pattern underneath your goal and what building a protocol around it actually looks like.
